Since they got rid of the landlord that we originally signed the lease with, this apartment has just gone completely down the drain. My husband and I have gone just about half our lease with a broken dishwasher, and it's still not fixed. We just found out that we have a busted drain tub which caused water to leak all over our floor and it affected the unit next to us. So not only do we not have a working dishwasher and can't wash clothes either. And we have a baby mind you. They have telling us that our dishwasher was going to get fixed for months and they haven't said anything about the busted drain tub. And to top it off, they only took money off the insurance that they make us pay for (which is only 8 dollars) and refuse to actually take anything of our rent. If something breaks in your apartment here, it's not going to get fixed. Never renting from here again.
